Gretchen has been with the Coldwell Banker/DeWolfe Company since 1992 and has over $60 million in sales. She has extensive experience marketing and selling new construction. Gretchen was co-listing broker of Charles River Commons, in Dedham, a 10 lot subdivision. She has also sold new construction in Medfield, Dover, Westwood, Milton, and Walpole and understands the special commitment and time that new construction demands. Gretchen also has vast experience selling antique properties and is currently a member of Historic Real Estate National Trust for Historic Preservation. She had sold condos in Dover, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, Brookline, and South Natick.

Peter Cwieka

Since joining the Coldwell Banker/DeWolfe Company, Peter has consistently achieved the highest level of sales proficiency while maintaining excellent client service. His experience with the construction trades; property management and environmental consulting have proven crucial in his success. Currently as in the past he is acting as project manager for the conversion of a campus of four multi-family buildings into a 13-unit condominium. He is also involved with local planning issues and is a founding member of the Task Force for Senior Living which is involved with creating cluster housing on town and privately owned land in Westwood.
